Beginner Fruit Fusing Tips for TotK
One aspect of the game that differs widely from Breath of the Wild is the ability to Fuse items to weapons. When it comes to fruit, there are some that have a distinct advantage over other items such as stones, especially in the early game. Those wanting to deal solid damage should stock up on Fire Fruit, since they deal additional fire damage and cause an explosion when fused to arrows, found just outside of Lookout Landing. This is the first settlement Link will find when he lands on Hyrule.
Using these with arrows can set wild grasses and leaves aflame, torch an enemy, and act as a lighting agent when crafting things like Hot Air Balloons. They are an essential part of the early game equipment kit in TotK.
