The Royal Update in BitLife introduced the King and Queen roles, making them available for your character to unlock. However, you have to meet specific requirements if you want your character to ascend to royalty.
There are several factors you need to consider when you want your character to become a King or Queen. There are a few ways to make this happen, but the most important thing to note is that your character needs to be born and in a certain country. Not every country will have the King or Queen roles. Here’s what you need to know about how to become a King or Queen in BitLife.
How To Get The King or Queen Role in BitLife
The fastest way for your character to become a King or Queen is for them to be born to royalty in BitLife. Your character’s family will have some role in the current royalty line, and from here, they can work their way up to potentially becoming a King or Queen.
When you’re first creating a character, there’s an opportunity for you to select the country where they’re born. This is important because if you choose a location like the United States, they do not have a royal line, and thus your character can never become a King or Queen, potentially ascending the royalty.

It won’t be a job like the others available in BitLife. The only way to enter a line of Royalty is through birth or by dating someone royal and then marrying them. It’s a gamble, unfortunately. However, starting a new life in one of the above countries will be the best method. If you don’t immediately find your character born into it, refresh until the character has a specific name of Prince or Princess, with an impressive banner at the top. I find it easiest for your character to be born to royalty, which means you need to refresh a character several times before this happens.
Not every country will have a King or Queen title. For example, the leader of Japan is the Empress or Emperor of the country. It’s the highest title available, but they can choose how they handle the citizens, execute people they don’t like, enact laws, and assist the citizens by engaging in public services.
