However, the test itself can be a little tricky because there are several questions you could get asked, and not all of them have the same answer. You’ll have to make sure you answer correctly if you want your license. If you’re wrong, you’ll have to wait another year, pay the license fee again, and then try again.

How to Get Your Boating License

Once you reach age 18, you can apply to acquire your boating license at any time. All you need is enough money to pay for the fee, and then you’re good to go. To take the license, go to the activities tab, and scroll down until you see licenses. Boating should be one of the options. You do not need to have any training time before taking the test.

How to Buy a Boat in BitLife

Once you have your license, you’ll then need to buy a boat. You can do this by going to the Boat Dealership. This is found Assets -> Shopping -> Boat Dealership. The cost of a boat is going to vary depending on what you want. For example, if you want a yacht, you’ll need to drop a couple million at least. You’ll be able to sail your boat and sell it to other people as well.

Yachts are pretty cool in BitLife, but they’re not the only neat sailing vessel available. Check out our guide on how to own a pirate ship in BitLife if you want to sail the seven seas as a pirate lord.
