During the Bethesda E3 Showcase, the next installment in the Wolfenstein series was announced. Wolfenstein: Youngblood will introduce a co-op story mode to the franchise for the first time. It takes place 19 years after the events of Wolfenstein 2 and players will take on the role of BJ Blazkowicz’ twin daughters.

Aside from a vague 2019 release date, not much else was revealed. Wolfenstein 2 was one of our favorite games of 2017 – sense a pattern with Bethesda games here? – but we’re excited at the prospect of being able to kill Nazis in co-op mode!

Also teased was Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot. We know very little about it at this time, aside from the fact that it is a hacking type game in VR. Bethesda has been known for releasing most of its titles on all possible platforms, and virtual reality certainly seems to be included. Their VR versions of Doom, Fallout 4, and Skyrim have been progressively getting better, so a VR Nazi killing game sounds like it could be a huge success.
