There’s a way to save money to buy Apex Legends’ new season battle pass

The long-awaited Apex Legends season 1 battle pass is out right now, and you can purchase it today for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The battle pass features 100 levels of rewards, for a total price of 950 Apex Coins, which equates to $10.00.

You have two options to choose from, there’s the standard battle pass, which is the one that costs 950 Apex coins. You get full access to everything in the pass, as long as you level it up for the entire season.

The second option is the Battle Pass bundle, which costs 2,800 Apex Coins — purchasing the more expensive options grants players the first 25 levels of the pass. However, players do not have the option to choose how many Apex Coins they can purchase, so they have to buy one stack of 1,000 coins for $10.00, and make a second purchase for 2,150 Apex Coins for $19.99, bringing the entire total up to just under $30.00.

For some, that’s a little too much, even if it boosts them up the first 25 levels. There is an alternative for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players who want to grab the upgraded battle pass, without having to pay the full amount. This method does not work for the PC version.

Head on over to Quidco and sign up for an account. For this to work, you need to make a new account and be a new shopper on the website.

From there, go up to the website’s Game section and click the Shop Now icon. You’ll choose how many Apex Legends coins you want to buy, and you need to make the full purchase of the $20 version, and the $10 one, because for the deal to work you need to spend over £15.

Once you confirm your purchase, and you’re a first-time shopper on the website, you’ll receive your £15 back by sending it through to your Paypal or Bank account, or you have the option to turn it into a Gift Voucher.

Follow those steps, and you should receive your money back on the purchase within a few days. Doing this should make the first Apex Legends battle pass that much more enticing.
