Where to find Rapid’s Rest in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3

Rapid’s Rest in Fortnite is a landmark, so it won’t show up on your map the way that named locations do. You can find Rapid’s Rest in a curve on the river, to the east of Lazy Lake.
Rapid’s Rest is a pretty small area, with very limited loot drops, but it is located between Lazy Lake, Retail Row, and Catty Corner, which are all great spots to loot up at the start of a game and try to get plenty of weapons and materials. You can find some motorboats at Rapid’s Rest, so it is pretty easy to get to somewhere like the Authority or Misty Meadows quickly if you need to.
The map reason to visit Rapid’s Rest in Chapter 2 Season 3 will be for a Weekly 7 challenge where you need to collect stone at this landmark. It is best to head there straight from the Battle Bus if you can. The area has a limited amount of rock, and if a couple of players get there before you, it will all be gone, and you will need to wait until the next round.
When you are finished, head to Lazy Lake to get some decent loot, and work on any other challenges that you might have to complete in the area. This season has seen Lazy Lake house some elimination challenges, and a challenge to collect floating rings.
