How to register for League of Legends: Wild Rift beta testing

League of Legends: Wild Rift is one of the most anticipated mobile games, and according to Riot Games, the game will be released in eight countries in the first week of December 2020. The game is available for pre-registration on Google Play Store globally, while iOS users of selected regions can pre-order it via Apple App Store. The iOS users from other regions will have to register for it on the official League of Legends: Wild Rift website — here’s how to do so.

iOS Devices

If you reside in one of the closed beta regions, follow the steps mentioned below to pre-register yourselves for the game:

  1. Go to App Store and log in with your Apple ID.
  2. Search for League of Legends: Wild Rift in the search bar and click on the first result.
  3. Tap on the Pre-order and you will get the option to install the game if you are selected.

On the other hand, follow these steps if you are not from the above-mentioned regions:

  1. Go to the official website of League of Legends: Wild Rift and select your region from the top right corner of the website.
  2. Now, go to the iOS section under the ‘Sign up for Wild Rift updates’ menu and enter your email address and date of birth.
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click on Sign Up.
  4. Now, login with your Riot account, and if you get selected, you’ll receive an email to join the beta testing on iOS whenever it’s released.

Your iOS device should meet these minimum requirements to install the game:

  • OS: iOS 9 and above
  • Memory: 2 GB RAM
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz duo-core (Apple A9)
  • GPU: PowerVR GT7600

Android Devices

The Android players of all the regions can register via the Google Play Store:

  1. Go to Google Play Store and log in with your account.
  2. Search for League of Legends: Wild Rift in the search bar and click on the first result.
  3. Tap on the Pre-register option to register for the closed beta testing.
  4. You will get the option to install the game if you are selected.

Here are the minimum requirements to install the game in Android devices:

  • OS: Android 4.4 and above
  • Memory : 1.5 GB RAM
  • CPU: 1.5 GHz quad-core (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • GPU: PowerVR GT7600
