Rainbow Six Quarantine To Release By March 2020

Rainbow Six Quarantine got announced during E3 2019 following a few months of rumors and speculations. The game was one of the most acclaimed reveals at the Ubisoft press conference. However, we only received a CGI trailer, and so we don’t know much about the game.
What’s curious is that the game is set for an early 2020 release. Ubisoft is still committing to it, as shared by CEO Yves Guillemot during the latest meeting with investors, and the analysts held a few hours ago.
Guillemot hinted at Quarantine coming by the end of the fiscal year of 2019-20, which means it’s releasing by March 2020 calendar year. Similarly to the much-anticipated Gods & Monsters, a Zelda and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey-like game by Ubisoft Quebec.
“Our games line-up for fiscal 2019-20 – which also includes Rainbow Six Quarantine and Gods & Monsters – is one of our strongest in the last five years,” said Guillemot, via DSOGaming. “In the coming years, Ubisoft is ideally positioned to seize the many value creation opportunities that lie ahead and therefore, to generate strong revenue growth and further increase its profitability.”
Rainbow Six Quarantine is a PvE experience for a team of three players and will work like the alien-based experience Outbreak for Rainbow Six Siege. Outbreak served as a great deal of inspiration for the game. Rainbow Six Quarantine is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One, so it’ll likely be one of the last Ubisoft titles for the current-gen.
