New Life is Strange 2 trailer reveals two brothers on the run
Brittany Vincent The cat’s finally been let out of the bag for Life is Strange 2, the anticipated follow up to Dontnod’s acclaimed episodic adventure game.
The trailer introduces two new characters, Sean and Daniel Diaz, who are forced to flee their Seattle, Washington home after a “tragic event” takes place. It appears as if Sean is responsible for the mysterious happenings from the initial teaser clip.
The two brothers must flee Johnny Law or risk being separated from each other, making their way toward their hometown of Puerto Lobos, Mexico. Of course Life is Strange wouldn’t be Life is Strange without something… Strange. A new power, which hasn’t been revealed just yet, will be heavily featured in the game and will require you to suss it out as the adventure plays out.
According to the official Life is Strange 2 announcement post, there will be several connections between the games, including the prequel Before the Storm.
The first of a planned five episodes of Life is Strange 2 is set to debut on Sept. 27 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
