Sources: Assassin’s Creed 2019 Is Set In Ancient Greece

Ubisoft recently released the final content for Assassin’s Creed Origins and it was The Curse of the Pharaohs. The game tasted massive success and it was on the card because a YEAR of extra development time was provided to the game. What’s next for Ubisoft and Assassin’s Creed franchise? If rumors and report coming out from our friend at ComicBook is anything to go by then a brand new Assassin’s Creed game is already in development and it will release in Fall 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
ComicBook states that their information comes from credible insider sources at Ubisoft who previously provided accurate information on Assassin’s Creed Origins including its setting, final name, artwork, and many other things.
So what exactly these sources say about the next Assassin’s Creed game? The next Assassin’s Creed game is going to be set in Ancient Greece and the game has already entered full production around the start of 2017 at Ubisoft.
As these details are coming from an insider source, I would advise our readers to take it with a grain of salt. However, there is a possibility that the setting for this year’s Assassin’s Creed game was hinted back in 2017 itself. Ubisoft’s Raphael Lacoste (Assassin’s Creed series Art Director who worked on AC: Origins) recently visited Greece (but he says it was a Holiday Trip).
