Marvel’s Avengers is just a few days away from kicking off its open beta, and many fans are wondering whether Spider-Man will be in the game. Marvel’s Avengers will be giving players six characters at launch. However, with the Avengers Initiative, more heroes will be making their way into the game, including the likes of Hawkeye, who will be having his own story missions completely different from the main campaign. It seems like Hawkeye is not the only character coming to Marvel’s Avengers, though, as new information has revealed Spider-Man is also coming to Marvel’s Avengers.

Spider-Man will be in Marvel’s Avengers. However, there is a catch. The character will be exclusive to PlayStation owners. The character will be available in the game as post-launch content.

When will Spider-Man be available?

Spider-Man was originally announced to be available in the game for PlayStation owners in early 2021. However, he will arrive sometime after Black Panther later in 2021. Spider-Man’s inclusion will surely excite a lot of PlayStation owners considering the fact that it already has a sizeable Spider-Man fanbase to begin with. This should significantly boost the game’s sales on the PlayStation.
