Where to find Whispers and what he sells in Remnant: From the Ashes

You have a new NPC to interact within Remnant: From the Ashes in Camp 13 named Whispers. They can’t talk because they had their throat slit many years ago, and as such as they can only communicate by writing out what they want to say to you on a small chalkboard.

You can find Whispers in the merchant area of your camp. When you enter the lower area, you can find him in a merchant stall to your left. Speak to him, and you can learn brief details about his past, but he doesn’t go into too much detail about his history.
