Tips To Boost FPS

Boosting Realm Royale FPS is not complicated, just by making some minor changes in the game config file you can see the results. But if you are unable to get better graphics then try updating your video drivers.

Uncap FPS

  • Go to location – C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Realm Royale.
  • Inside you will see three folders Binaries, Engine and RealmGame. Open RealmGame.
  • Look for Config folder inside, where you will find a file DefeaultEngine.
  • Right click on the file and choose open with Notepad or Notepad++.
  • Search bSmoothFrameRate, and set the value to True. (bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE).
  • Save the file and close it. In place of TRUE, you can also use fps like 60, 120, 200, etc.

By keeping it True the game will try to achieve whatever max possible FPS according to your Pc hardware.

Boosting FPS Rate

If the above one does not work then below is the second method. Once again keep a backup ready, in case of any error just replace the modified file with the original one. Go to location – Documents\My Games\[YOURUSERNAME]\RealmGame\Config. Search for file realmsystemsettings.ini. You can create a copy of this file and paste it somewhere safe. Right click and open the file with a text editor like notepad.

Modify Settings –

  • DynamicDecals=False
  • DynamicLights=False
  • DynamicShadows=False
  • LightEnvironmentShadows=False
  • Bloom=False
  • UseVsync=False
  • MaxShadowResolution=128 (Available choices 16/32/64/256)

The above one will turn off many unnecessary options that will contribute to better game performance. If you are still facing low fps issue then set the value False to UseDX11. But keep this one as the last resort. You can refer Realm Royale Wiki guide for more updates on the game.
