Another useful resource to check is the Lost Ark Twitter account. This might be a good avenue to read any announcements about server downtime, planned maintenance, or sudden issues. They will usually post updates on expected downtimes for any servers undergoing maintenance or connectivity issues.
If the issue persists, and there are no updates on either the server status page or on the Lost Ark Twitter announcements, that might mean that the issue lies on your end. It is possible that your firewall or anti-virus is blocking the game, that your router is not forwarding ports properly, or that you should try restarting your PC to check if that helps with the problem.
