Is Hermione Granger in Hogwarts Legacy?

It’s Leviosa, Not Leviosaaa!

The bond between Harry, Ron, and Hermione is what made the Harry Potter franchise the powerhouse media franchise it is today. Without this friendship at the forefront of the original book series, it’s doubtful that the franchise would’ve been as popular as it currently is. Girls looked up to Hermione because of her intelligence and determination, having the most innate knowledge of magic among the trio. Does Hermione return to Hogwarts Legacy to provide her must-needed knowledge?

Does Hermione make an appearance in Hogwarts Legacy?

Unfortunately for fans of the three characters, neither Harry, Ron, nor Hermione makes appearances in Hogwarts Legacy. The game takes place at the end of the 1800s, nearly a hundred years before the characters were born. Hogwarts Legacy centers around your player avatar taking classes about the Wizardly World, learning magic, and making new friends. Your avatar is connected to mysterious ancient magic, and they get involved in several historical events in the Wizardly World that influence the modern era, including Harry’s, Ron’s, and Hermione’s adventures in the main series.

One of the professors in Hogwarts Legacy shares a surname with Ron Weasley, but Hermione doesn’t have that same privilege. Hermione was born from two Muggles, humans who don’t have magic. Because her heritage doesn’t stem from the Wizardly World, none of her ancestors would have any connections to Hogwarts in the past, so don’t expect to see a Granger in the game.

Hogwarts Legacy features a very elaborate character creator setting that allows players to make their avatars look like the characters from the film series. You can change your avatar’s facial features, body shape, hair color, eye colors, and what type of voice they will speak. So even if they are not in the game, you can still make your avatar look like them. You can make your character look like Hermione, Ron Weasley, Harry Potter, and Draco Malfroy.
