How to solve the globe puzzle in The Medium
Face up to another conundrum.
The globe puzzle in The Medium is a conundrum you must solve to find out what happened in the Dayroom. When you encounter this puzzle, you will notice that there is a piece missing from its corresponding item in the spirit realm. Leave that room and walk across to the other side of the main area. There is a locked room next to a butterfly and flower mural on a wall.
Use your Out of Body Experience ability to enter. Walk towards the screen to find a desk with the missing piece on it. Grab it, return to your real world self, and head back to the globe puzzle. Insert the missing piece.
Now, you have to align the pieces in the spirit realm so that they form a face. However, moving one piece with the A button causes two pieces to move up or down based on which one you select. There is some trial and error involved if you want to work it out for yourself, but to save you time, here is the order you need to move them in:
- Move eyes up once
- Move nose up once
- Move eyes up twice
- Move mouth up twice
- Move nose up once
With the pieces in the correct order, you can spin the globe in the real world to move the spirit world’s walls. This allows you access to an outside area that leads to another room with the teacher’s room key in it.
