Can you lock the doors in Sons of the Forest?

As mentioned, you can lock doors in Sons of the Forest, and it’s fairly easy. No player-made workaround is necessary, as it’s a fully implemented feature. Follow the steps below to keep those cannibals and mutants at bay.

The first step is to grab seven logs and stack them all together on top of each other. Then, cut a hole in the middle to leave a door-sized hole. The last thing you should do is approach the hole with a plank to build a door.

Next, you’ll need to look for a nearby regular stick. Or, if you’re feeling lazy, you can ask Virginia to bring it to you. She loves offering you rocks and sticks.

With the stick in your hand, walk towards the door until a white arrow pointing to the right appears.
