The titular Personas are still just as important as they always were, and the game has not strayed too far from its thematic routes there. In Persona 5 Strikers, it is possible to hold multiple Personas and switch them during a fight.

A large part of the combat system is knowing exactly when to use each Persona, the benefits it gives, and the enemies it is most effective against it. Without this kind of experimenting, the battles can be extremely difficult, and you won’t get far by just randomly attacking enemies.

To change Personas, using the Options button on PlayStation, or the + button on Nintendo Switch. Navigate to the Skills tab, and use the buttons on the D-Pad to choose which Persona you wish to use.

The best thing about switching Personas in Persona 5 Strikers is that you don’t need to use a turn to do it, it can be done instantly, so you switch to your new Persona, drop out of the menu, and then instantly start using it in the fight.

The combat in Persona 5 Strikers is fluid and frantic, so don’t be afraid to switch Personas often to see what kind of success you will have with it in any fight, you can always instantly switch back if it is ineffective.
