Subway Office Downtown

You will probably find the shotgun before you can get your hands on it, as it is locked up in the railway offices in downtown. You will need to get your hands on the bolt cutters to get at it, however. The map above shows you where the subway offices are, but first, we have to get our hands on the bolt cutters.

To do this, you will need to put out the fire in the alley on the way to the substation, so be sure to read our guide on how to do that. You will need to find the fire hose, which is located in the subway offices as well, and is what you may have been looking for when you found the shotgun in the first place.

Once you have the fire put out, move forward into the Safe Room and save your progress. Grab the bolt cutters off the wall of the safe room, then make your way back to the offices at Kite Bros Railway. Be careful, as there will be some new zombies placed around the level, so don’t assume that all the threats are dealt with if you killed every zombie you met.

The shotgun can be found in the back of the Railway offices, in the room right beside where you found the fire hose.

Use the bolt cutters to cut through the chains, and then grab your shiny new shotgun. Before you move on from this area, make sure you grab the Red Dot Sight upgrade for your handgun as well.
