Earth Eggs

You can find Earth Eggs buried all over your island. They will have the same marker on the ground as fossils, so be sure to dig up every one that you see to get as many Earth Eggs as possible.

Sky Eggs

Sky Eggs can be found floating above the island on balloons. They will have a rainbow-colored balloon, so you will instantly know if the floating present contains a Sky Egg or not.

Leaf Eggs

Leaf Egg

Leag Eggs can be found on trees that are not bearing fruit. In the Northern Hemisphere, this will be the Cherry Blossom trees, while in the Southern Hemisphere, it will be the standard island trees. Just shake the tree to make the eggs fall, then pick them up from the ground using Y.

Wood Eggs

To get Wood Eggs, you will need to chop some trees. Remember to use a Flimsy or Stone Axe, unless you want to cut down the tree completely, in which case use the normal Axe too. Each chopt the produces wood has the chance also to produce a Wood Egg.

Stone Eggs

Stone Egg

Stone Eggs, unsurprisingly, can be gotten by harvest stones on your island each day. You should also be able to get Eggs from any Mystery Island tours that you go on, so keep that in mind if you don’t get lucky with the stones on your island.

Water Eggs

Water Eggs can be found by fishing. Each time you successfully catch a fish, it has a chance to produce a Water Egg instead. Don’t forget to use Fish Bait to generate more fish spawns, to increase your chances of getting a Water Egg.
