Does Call of Duty: Vanguard have Zombies?

While Call of Duty Zombies started out as just a side mode unlocked after beating Call of Duty: World at War’s campaign, it quickly grew into one of the most beloved aspects of the series over the years, especially in Treyarch games. It has a fun gameplay loop with an Easter egg-filled story that keeps the community coming back for more. Not every single Call of Duty game releases with a Zombies mode, however. The most recent Modern Warfare did not have one, for example. Will Call of Duty: Vanguard have Zombies?
Yes, Call of Duty: Vanguard does have a dedicated Zombies mode, and in some unexpected news, Black Ops developer Treyarch is the team making it. While other teams like Raven Software often help the bigger developers in the multiplayer for each Call of Duty, we have never seen one of the bigger teams contribute in such a significant way on another team’s project.
Call of Duty: Vanguard’s Zombies will be again set in the Dark Aether storyline that Black Ops Cold War started, in what the Call of Duty team calls a unique “crossover.” We expect it to be a prequel of the events that take place in Black Ops Cold War, looking at the Nazi organizations that made Project Endstation, the secret lab found in Die Maschine. Expect all of the Treyarch in-game mechanics and add-ons to make their way over into this game.
