In the latest Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies map – Dead of the Night – the wonder weapon you can obtain early on is Alistair’s Folly. It’s a powerful revolver with a green projectile shot, but you can upgrade it to the Chaos Theory which gives it a charged shot and makes it even more powerful. The charged shot creates a whirlwind effect that can capture multiple enemies in one shot, and you need it to complete the main Dead of the Night easter egg. How To Unlock Chaos Theory – Dead of the Night Chaos Theory Guide

To start with, you need to have Alistair’s Folly already. Make sure you follow our Alistair’s Folly guide to get it early on in the game.

When you have Alistair’s Folly, you need to obtain Werewolf Chaos Material. This is achieved by killing a Werewolf with Silver Bullets. If you didn’t kill the first one with Silver Bullets when you opened up the Forest, head back there and wait for one to spawn.

After you’ve got the Werewolf Chaos Material, take it to the Greenhouse Laboratory and interact with the machine on the right-hand side. This will turn the Werewolf Chaos Material into Prima Materia. Pick it up from the left-hand side of the machine.

Next, equip your Ballistic Shield and go to the Library. Look for the middle bookshelf that looks different to the others and melee attack it with the Ballistic Shield equipped to open up the secret room. Pick up the part from inside, then go back to the Greenhouse Laboratory. Head to the crafting bench near the machine you put the Chaos Material in and you’ll be able to craft the Chaos Theory pistol. You can later upgrade this to Alistair’s Annihilator.
