Blood of the Dead Acidgat Guide – Black Ops 4 Zombies

As part of the Blood of the Dead easter egg, you need to unlock the Acidgat wonder weapon. This Blood of the Dead Acidgat guide has all the steps you need.

When you get the Blundergat as the Blood of the Dead wonder weapon, you can upgrade it to two different variants. The Magmagat is the fire version, and you can find our guide for that here, but you can also upgrade the Blundergat to the Acidgat. The Blood of the Dead Acidgat is a poison version of the weapon and thankfully, is easier to unlock than the Magmagat. Follow these steps in our Blood of the Dead Acidgat guide to work out how to get the Acidgat in Blood of the Dead for yourself.

Blood of the Dead Acidgat Guide – Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies

As is the case with a lot of easter eggs and unlockables in Zombies, you need to find some parts. First though, ensure you already have the Blundergat. If you don’t, follow our guide here to unlock it as quickly as possible.

To get the Acidgat, you’ll also need to make sure you’ve killed the Warden and picked up the Warden’s Key, so do that as soon as you can.

When you’ve got the Blundergat equipped, you need to find three parts for the Blood of the Dead Acidgat. Here’s where to find the Acidgat parts:

• [Part One – Transverse Tunnel] – The case piece is lying against the wall, right below the wall-buy.

• [Part Two – Sally Port] – On the path toward the Warden’s Office, there’s a side room with a skull on a table. The motor piece can be found next to the skull.

• [Part Three – Infirmary] – Inside the Infirmary, there’s a locked cabinet in the corner. Open it with the Warden’s Key, and you can pick up the acid bottle piece inside.

When you’ve obtained all three parts, visit the nearest crafting bench to build the Acidgat. You can upgrade it in the Pack A Punch machine to create the Vitriolic Withering, which is an even more powerful version of the gun.
