How to do all Mega Battle Challenge Timed Research tasks and the rewards in Pokémon Go

A new Timed Research will be available from September 11 at 8 AM to September 17 at 10 PM in your local timezone in Pokémon Go. The Timed Research provides you with a variety of rewards if you can complete them in a timely fashion. These particular challenges focus on participating in battles and raids, so you can expect to fight Mega-Evolved Pokémon. You will want to invite your friends to complete them quickly.

All Mega Battle Challenge Timed Research tasks and all rewards

Task 1

• Battle in a raid – 3 Revive
• Catch 7 Bug-type Pokémon – 5 Poké Balls
• Power up a Pokémon 7 times – 1 Upgrade (evolution item)

Rewards: 35 Beedrill Mega Energy, 500 Star Dust, 1,000 XP

Task 2

• Battle in a raid – 3 Revive
• Battle in a Mega Raid – 3 Golden Razz Berries
• Battle another Trainer – Sinnoh stone

Rewards: 40 Mega Beedrill Energy, 500 Star Dust, 2,000 XP

Task 3

• Battle in 3 raids – Pinsir encounter
• Battle 3 Team Go Rocket Grunts – 5 Revive
• Mega Evolve a Pokémon – 3 Silver Pinap Berry

Rewards: 40 Mega Beedrill Energy, 500 Star Dust, 2,000 XP

Task 4

• Claim reward – 10 Pokéballs
• Claim reward – 3 Full Revives
• Claim reward – 3 Hyper Potions

Rewards: Roserade encounter, 2,500 Star Dust, 5,000 XP
