8MEGAPOWER

This cheat gets you a sword at the start of the game. Referred to as a Game Sack Power Strip item, it should carry you through some of the early game before you replace it about an hour or so in. Thanks to Game Sack for letting us all know about this one.

NIGHTMARE

Naming your save file as NIGHTMARE will open up Hard, and Nightmare difficulties for you. This one is for people who are very comfortable in the genre and want to push themselves right from the get-go.

BIGHEAD

A return of the famous Big Head Mode. I am not even going to lie; I am playing the game this way. It just gives your character a big head, which is hilarious but does not impact the game in any other way.
