Before answering this question, I would like to inform you that you get the option to select the Difficulty Level only at the start of the game. You cannot change the Difficulty Level of the game mid-way. If you want to change the Difficulty Level mid-way, then the only way to do that is to start the game all over again.

How Many Lucky Emblems Are Required To Unlock Secret Ending/Movie?
If you have selected the Beginner Difficulty Mode, then you will be required to collect/find 90 Lucky Emblems to unlock the Secret Ending.
For Standard Difficulty level, the figure is a little less, 60. For Proud Difficulty Level, you will have to collect 30 Lucky Emblems to unlock the secret ending.
We recommended you to select Standard Difficulty mode for your very first playthrough. You will be able to learn and master the controls quickly, and overall experience will be challenging but not too difficult.
Proud Mode is for those who are well aware of the Kingdom Hearts franchise. The enemies you will be facing in this mode will be tough to beat, but it is via this mode only that you will be able to unlock the secret ending quickly.

Where To Watch The Secret Ending In Kingdom Hearts III?
The secret ending is added to the game via an update. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the update that carries the Secret Ending. Once you have done that, go to the game’s Main Menu -> Theater Mode and scroll all the way to the end.
