How to get Atlas in Warframe

Rock and roll.

Atlas commands the earth and smashes his enemies to pieces with hands of stone. He is, in many ways, a fun Warframe to play, but can often lack suitability for many missions in the game. He is also, quite frankly, awkward to get, trapped behind some half-forgotten content, and one of the game’s least popular modes in the form of the Archwing.

To get your hands on Atlas, you will need to unlock and complete The Jordas Precept quest. When you unlock the Pluto-Eris Junction, you will be able to take part in this quest, which can be launched from the Codex.

Completing the quest will get you the main Atlas blueprint, and access to the Jordas Golem Assassination mission, which is where you will need to farm for his component blueprints.

To kill the Jordas Golem, you will need to reposition yourself repeatedly to hit the weak spots, and it will eventually die. If you do insist on trying to farm Atlas, it is a good idea to see if stronger Clan members will help you burn through the runs.

It is at this point that we would also strongly recommend that you ignore normal Atlas, and just farm Atlas Prime instead. Getting your hands on the Relics is a far less annoying experience than farming the basic Warframe at this point in the game’s life.

For those who wish to collect every Warframe, you will simply need to farm the Jordas Golem fight until all three component pieces drop for you. Once you get them all, you can build his components in the Foundry using the following resources:

Neroptics

  • 15000 Credits
  • 1400 Polymer Bundle
  • 1100 Alloy Plate
  • 800 Circuits
  • 5 Neurodes

Chassis

  • 15000 Credits
  • 1800 Nano Spores
  • 1300 Cryotic
  • 700 Rubedo
  • 2 Argon Crystals

Systems

  • 15000 Credits
  • 4600 Ferrite
  • 1700 Polymer Bundle
  • 5 Morphics
  • 1 Orokin Cell

When all three components are built, they can be combined with the main blueprint to build the Atlas Warframe. The components will take 12 hours to build, while the Warframe will take another three days.
