War Horse is one of the pre-order bonus of Red Dead Redemption 2. It will be available only to those players who pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption 2 either on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. Where To Find War Horse (Location) In Red Dead Redemption 2

To unlock War Horse in Red Dead Redemption 2, you will have to complete the mission called “Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego” which you will get from Hosea. Here are the things you have to complete to meet Hosea: you will have to complete Chapter 1, and after it when your gang has set up their camp (just at the start of Chapter 2) you can meet Hosea – have a conversation with him and he will assign you a mission “Exit Pursued By A Bruised Ego”.

How To Complete Exit Pursued By A Bruised Ego Mission

Your objective in Exit Pursued By A Bruised Ego mission is to take Hosea’s Horse to the town and sell it to a vendor – Amos Levi Blacksmith and Farrier. Just follow Hosea to the town and when you meet the vendor ride Hosea’s horse into the store. A cutscene will play with the shopkeeper and once it ends you will be able to buy a horse. There will be a total of 5 horse up for sale – three of them will carry a price tag and the other two will be available for free. One of these two free horse will be a War Horse.

The first free horse is a black Thoroughbred and has a mark on his forehead. The second one is Ardennes, this is a War Horse. Take it and start your journey in Red Dead Redemption 2.
