World of Warcraft Shadowlands Expansion Announced

The Horde and the Alliance just wrapped up the Battle of Azeroth, but that doesn’t mean things are quiet within the World of Warcraft. Today, during the BlizzCon opening keynote, the team at Blizzard announced the next big expansion for the popular game — Shadowlands.
In the debut trailer, we get a good look at a Lich King-type ruler, who finds he’s met his match with a dangerous adversary. After she removes his helmet (following a powerful fight between the two), she breaks it apart after stating, “This world is a prison!” as a showcase to her frightening power. The sky then lights up on fire, indicating there’s a new terror on the rise.
