As noted on ResetEra, the subscription service is now available to iOS 13 and iPad OS beta users, two days ahead of the final release.
Players on the forums have been already taking advantage of some of the games on the service, like Neo Cab, Shinsekai from Capcom, Sayonara Wild Hearts, Assemble with Care from the makers of Monument Valley, and more.
