Not long after its online stress test, NetherRealm studios have given a date for the closed beta for Mortal Kombat 11.

Over the past weekend, NetherRealm sent out codes for an online stress test beta for players who signed up earlier. The point of the test was to see how well the game functions online, and to see if there’s anything that needs more polishing.

The stress test has already closed, but developers have already announced the closed beta for gamers that pre-ordered the game. The upcoming closed beta will include more characters than the online stress test beta.

In the official Mortal Kombat Twitter, they shared an image that shows when the closed beta wills start in certain parts of the world.

We at Gamepur were impressed with what we played over the weekend with stress test beta. However that beta was very limiting, as it only allowed you to play as three characters. With more characters in the upcoming beta, it will allow us to get a better idea of what the game will bring.

The Moral Kombat 11 closed beta for those that pre-order will begin on March 28. The full game is expected to release on April 23.
