Google has announced it’ll have a “keynote” at the Game Developers Conference on March 19, 2019, at 10am Pacific, which will be around gaming.

This would be the perfect occasion for the Mountain View giant to finally reveal Project Yeti, the long rumored console it has been working on for years now.

Interestingly, Google has launched last October a streaming service known as Project Stream, which has given very good results.

Those results have apparently further encouraged the future platform owner, that has become increasingly interested in launching a dedicated box.

Project Stream would be working on a simple Google Chrome browser, without any further requirement in terms of power.

Anyway, the company is willing to provide a more classic gaming experience to users, with both local gaming and cloud gaming.

That box would be the perfect fit for such intent, even though we don’t have any detail about specifics and pricing details.

We’ll report on further rumors as soon as they’re available, and in any case we’ll be waiting for all the information to drop on March 19 from San Francisco.
