Spider-Man Is The Game Of The Year For Japanese Devs

Famitsu has asked 128 developers to share their games of the year, and based on their votes it looks like Marvel’s Spider-Man was their most favorite.

The game’s been released in September, and has been hugely acclaimed both in the West and, from the looks of it, in Japan.

It’s a PlayStation 4 exclusive, exactly as Detroit: Become Human which has been awarded with a third spot in the top 30. Monster Hunter: World is the second.

No Xbox One exclusive has been included in the chart, and Octopath Traveler was the first Nintendo Switch exclusive to pop up in the list.
