Monster Hunter World players can join in an upcoming seasonal event this July known as the Summer Twilight Fest. Starting July 13, the game will play host to a series of various quests, bounties, and other celebrations, with plenty of reasons for dormant Monster Hunter fans to hop back into the game. It’s a celebration of all things summer, starting with a transformation of the epicenter of the festivities, Celestial Pursuit, into a lavishly decorated area with its staff decked out in some slick new duds and special costumes.

Your Poogie and your Handler will be outfitted in special costumes to commemorate the event. The Gathering Hall will look appropriately festive as well. There are daily login bonuses you’ll get just for jumping online to play, in addition to exclusive quests that’ll only be available for the duration of the Summer Twilight Fest. There will also be a bounty of other surprises that Capcom hasn’t yet revealed.

Monster Hunter World is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so if you’ve been sitting on a copy of the game don’t miss out on the fun when it begins in just a couple of weeks. There’s still plenty of time left to brush up on your skills in the interim.

Switch owners will still be left out in the cold, however. Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate isn’t out until August and Capcom has stated that Monster Hunter World probably won’t be getting a port unlike so many other popular games.
